The aim is simple: fewer people asking for results, fewer transcription mistakes, and a results page you are comfortable sharing with sponsors and athletes. Everything on the leaderboard comes from the same scores your team enters and checks, so there is one source of truth from the first heat to the final podium.
Why a live leaderboard matters on event day
Anyone who has run a competition knows the question that follows every heat: "Where am I?" Athletes want to know what they need in the next event, coaches want to plan, and spectators want to follow the people they came to watch. A live leaderboard answers that without anyone crowding the scoring table.
ScoreBX was built by competition organisers for exactly that moment. Scores go from the floor to the public results page as soon as they are saved and published, and rankings recalculate automatically across every event and division.
A public results page for every competition
Each competition gets a shareable public leaderboard link. It works on any phone browser — there is no app for athletes to download. Visitors can switch divisions, see overall standings and look at individual event results.

TV and venue display
Put standings on the big screen with the TV/venue display mode. It is designed to be read from across a warehouse or sports hall: large type, clear positions and your branding. Open it on a laptop or smart TV browser connected to the venue screen and it keeps itself up to date as results change.
You decide what the public sees, and when
Not every result should go public the second it is typed. Each event can be set to Hidden, Live or Final. Keep an event hidden while scores are being checked, switch it to Live while the heat is running, and mark it Final once appeals are closed. Locking an event prevents further changes after results are announced.
Corrections are handled properly too. If a score is edited or a penalty is applied, the leaderboard recalculates and the change is recorded in the score history, so you can always see what changed and who changed it.
Accurate rankings behind the leaderboard
A leaderboard is only as good as the scoring underneath it. ScoreBX supports time, reps, weight, distance, calories and points components, ordered tiebreakers, DNF/DNS/DQ outcomes, and weighted events such as double-point finals. Choose position scoring, fixed or variable points gaps, or a custom points table.

Everything can be built and tested for free with up to 20 athletes, including checking how the leaderboard ranks. Publishing a public live leaderboard and using the TV display are part of the Event Pass — a one-off payment per competition, priced by athlete count. There is no subscription.
