Built by people who run competitions.
ScoreBX started inside a functional fitness gym and a live competition series, not a software studio.
We ran events before we built software for them. Registration lists arrived as spreadsheets, scoring rules changed between divisions, tiebreakers were argued over in the car park, and the standings on the screen were always a few heats behind what had actually happened on the floor.
Existing tools handled part of that, but rarely the part we needed most: scoring that matched our own rules, fast score entry during a busy heat, and results a spectator could trust. So we built ScoreBX around those problems instead of around a generic idea of what a competition looks like.
It is deliberately practical. Flexible scoring models, ordered tiebreakers, weighted finals, penalties, athlete imports with inline correction, optional heats and lanes, judge score entry on mobile, audit history and event locking, and live public leaderboards with your own branding and sponsors.
We are still running events with it, which is the only reason it keeps getting better.
