How it works

From empty calendar to live leaderboard in five steps.

The same flow whether you are running a one-day throwdown or a multi-division series.

  1. 01

    Create Competition

Set dates, venue, divisions and the scoring method for your format.

    • Name the competition, set dates and venue, and create your divisions.
    • Pick the scoring method: position scoring, fixed-gap descending points, variable-gap points or a custom points table.
    • Decide whether heats and lanes and mobile scorekeeper mode are switched on — both are optional.
  2. 02

    Add Athletes

Import your registration list by CSV or add competitors by hand.

    • Import your registration list as a CSV and map the columns once.
    • Fix problem rows inline — duplicate bibs, missing fields, unknown divisions — or skip and delete them before importing.
    • Add or edit individual competitors by hand at any point.
  3. 03

    Configure Events

Define each workout's scoring components, tiebreakers and multiplier.

    • Define each event's scoring components: time, reps, weight, distance or points.
    • Add ordered tiebreakers, mark which are required, and set display-only components.
    • Apply an event multiplier for weighted or double and triple-point finals.
  4. 04

    Enter Scores

Score centrally from a laptop, or on mobile with judge score entry at the floor.

    • Score centrally from a laptop with fast multi-athlete entry.
    • Or hand judges mobile score entry at the floor with the same validation.
    • Penalties apply on top of raw scores, and every change is kept in the audit history.
  5. 05

    Publish Live Results

Release standings to public leaderboards and venue screens instantly.

    • Each event has its own publication control: Hidden, Live or Final.
    • Spectators follow the public competition leaderboard on mobile; the venue screen runs the TV display.
    • Standings recalculate automatically as scores are confirmed.

Run it simply, or run it fully.

ScoreBX scales to the size of your event. Nothing in the optional layer changes how scoring, ranking or results work.

Simple: central score entry

One person at a laptop enters scores for every athlete as scorecards come in. No heats, no lanes, no extra accounts — just divisions, events and results.

Best for club throwdowns, in-house competitions and small one-day events.

Full: heats, lanes and mobile scorekeepers

Turn on heat and lane management to build the running order, then let judges and scorekeepers submit scores from their phones with role-based access and locked events.

Best for multi-division series, large fields and events with a judging team.
